Net-Positive Data Centers (NPDC) is preparing the technical whitepaper that documents the 100 kW MicroDC reference architecture, the epistemic-governance API, the community value-return calculator, distributed-resilience analysis, and regulatory strategy. v1 does not yet exist as a published document. Target publication: Q3 2026.
